Terms and Conditions of Sale

Myofascial Release UK abides by the Distance Selling Sale of Goods Act

Terms and Conditions of a sale made over the phone, by email or through the internet

Any, and all, of our products purchased from this site are deemed purchased by distance selling and therefore have a legal 'cooling off' period of 7 working days from date of purchase after which there are no refunds permitted. In the event that any product, other than workshop sales, arrives damaged or faulty please notify us as soon as possible.

Workshops

Please note that all workshop costs are non refundable at any time out with the distance selling law. Balances may be carried forward to later workshops if at least 3 week’s prior notice has been advised.

Once an MFRUK workshop(s) has been purchased and the student wishes to change their workshop date, this can be done free of charge as long as a 3 week prior notice of the booked workshop is given to MFRUK. Workshops can be held on credit until a desired date is available for the student to attend.

In the unlikely event that MFRUK has to cancel a workshop all students will be informed directly. Please note that MFRUK will not be held responsibly for any travel, accommodation, or expenses incurred due to this cancellation and all students are advised to take out insurance for workshops attended.

MFRUK holds the right to cancel any workshop if there are an insufficient number of students attending and will do so with as much notice as possible.

Terms and Conditions of a sale made face to face at a workshop, event or similar.

Any and all our products are non refundable once paid unless a product, other than workshops, are damaged or faulty. Workshops bookings may be altered as above.

MFRUK holds the right to refuse attendance if the student does not have correct pre-requisite training, has not paid in full or has conducted themselves in such a manner that is, or may be, disruptive to fellow students or teachers.
